Description:
The golden triangle of Zhang Guoli, Wang Gang, and Zhang Tielin reunite after four years for the fourth series of The Bronze Teeth! The highly rated Mainland television drama has shown no signs of slowing down, as the audience has demanded the three actors to continue to wreak comedy havoc as the wise scholar and official Ji Xiaolan, the pathetically corrupt minister Heshen, and the Qianlong Emperor respectively. The core trio gain some high-profile co-stars in this outing, most notably Hong Kong pop diva and actress Miriam Yeung, who plays a kung fu girl and follower of Ji here, after collaborating with Zhang Guoli (who doubles as the director) previously in Love at First Fight. Following her absence in the third series, actress Yuan Li's adorable character Du Xiaoyue is back in the storyline this time. Also, the addition of comedian Yan Ni, famous show host Liu Yiwei, and Dream of the Red Chamber rising starlet Yao Di helps inject new blood into the popular franchise.
